The hospital is registered with the Federal Republic of Nigeria and is located in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.

About the Medical Director
Dr. Godfrey-Okolo Johnpaul is a medical doctor (MBBS, MD), Consultant Ophthalmologist, and Eye Care Surgeon with over 20 years of active medical practice in eye care.
He performs a wide range of eye surgeries, including cataract surgeries, glaucoma surgeries, and corneal tear repair surgeries. He also treats puncture wounds and gunshot injuries to the eye, commonly referred to as open globe injuries, and manages blunt trauma (closed globe injuries) to the eye.
Other procedures he performs include the excision of growths and swellings in the eye, both cancerous and non-cancerous (benign). He also manages all types of ocular emergencies, including chemical injuries (acidic and alkaline) and thermal burns affecting the eye.
In his quest for further learning and experience in eye care, Dr. Godfrey-Okolo Johnpaul trained at the renowned and prestigious Aravind Eye Hospital and Institute of Ophthalmology, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, South India. There, he became a certified surgeon in Phacoemulsification (laser) cataract surgery and Manual Small Incision Cataract Surgery (MSICS).
He also participated in the joint USAID–Aravind Eye Hospital training program for foreign doctors in Paediatric Ophthalmology and Cataract Surgery in Children, which he completed successfully. He now has a special interest in paediatric ophthalmology.
Dr. Godfrey-Okolo Johnpaul has performed over 13,000 eye surgeries during his medical career.
